Landlords can easily track rent payments their tenants make even if they are not submitted through.
After creating a payment list on Avail, you will have the option to record any payments that you tenant gives you outside of Avail.
Select the "View" button next to the payment you would like to record as an offline payment.
Next, select the "Record Offline Payment" button
Once you select the "Record Offline Payment" button, you will be able to enter details such as the payment amount, the date you received the payment, and who you received the payment from.
The tenant will receive a receipt by email and see that this payment has been recorded on their tenant account.
