There are many reasons why a landlord may need to delete a charge from their payment schedule. This guide will help you through the process in a few easy steps.
First, Navigate to the payments tab for the desired property.
Next, select the checkbox next to the charge you would like to delete.
When you select a charge a blue bar will appear at the top of the payment schedule. At this step, you may select multiple boxes if you would like to delete several charges at one time.
Click on the trashcan icon on the blue bar.
If you would like to edit the charge instead of deleting it, you may click the edit icon to the right of the trashcan.
Review the charges selected and click the red Delete Charge button.
Special Note: You will not be able to delete charges that have already been paid or have payments scheduled by the tenant.
