Sometimes prospective tenants need a nudge in order to get them to complete their online rental application. It is easy to follow up and send reminders from Avail as needed.
When renters receive an email invitation that has a link to bring them to a page similar to the following:
Please note: The link contained in the invitation email is not required in order to apply for your property.
As long as they sign-up or log-in to a tenant account using the same email address on the application request, they will be prompted to apply for your property.
Here's how landlords can send messages to applicants through Avail; including reminders to complete an application:
Start by navigating to the Applications Page.
Then press the View Application button for the renter that needs contacted.
From the Application Detail, press on the Envelope icon to open messaging options.
Enter a custom message here or select from one of the templates provided by Avail, such as the Application Reminder.
Confirm the message is as desired and press Send Email.
A confirmation will display that the message was sent.
Landlords will receive an email notice as soon as application forms are ready for review.
