Tenant Account Settings Include:
Email (user name)
Address (for application purposes, this address must match the applicants current address as part of the identity verification process)
To access, first click on the User Icon in the upper right corner. This displays as a personal photo if added or defaults as a blank portrait. Then select Account Settings.
Within Account Settings, confirm how you want your landlord to see your name, phone, and email contact information.
Since you email is your user name, changing this will change how you log in to Avail.
Address information can also be confirmed and updated on this page.
If completing submitting an application, it is important that this address match your current address for identity verification purposes. In order to process a credit check, TransUnion requires a US address.
Some Notification preferences can be modified here. You cannot turn off rent due or past due notices.
Passwords are also changed on this page.
To save any changes press Update Account.
