The notification system through Avail is very dependable. If a pending application displays on your Applications Tab, the rental candidate should have received an email inviting them to apply.
In the event they cannot find the email, it is not necessary for them to follow a specific link from an email in order to apply for your property.
The best resolution is to urge them to:
sign up for a tenant account at: https://www.avail.co/users/new?tenant=true
log in to the tenant portal at: https://www.avail.co/login
You may also wish to verify the email you have for them is accurate. If your conversations have only been by phone or text, it may be beneficial to ask them to send you an email. This way you receive a message from their exact email address and there is no potential for a typo or miscommunication.
Press the Edit button on their application to review the associated email address (as below).
Additionally, you can send your tenants a message through the system to remind them about the application. You can do this within the Applications menu by pressing the envelope icon
