As a landlord, I want to create a maintenance ticket on one of my units.
I will navigate to the unit specifically, and then go to the maintenance tab at the far right hand-side of the screen.
When clicking into this feature, I am able to view a form that allows me to fill in details about the maintenance issue such as: nature of issue, title and description of issue, and I can also choose to have the tenants email notified about this ticket. Then lastly I can elect to upload photos for this specific ticket.
Once I have filled in this data, I can click “create ticket” which will send off the email notification to my tenants.
When looking over the ticket, I am able to view the communication between tenant and myself concerning this issue and I also see the ability to take personal notes and write down specific costs that are only able to be viewed by me as the landlord.
On this ticket I can also see the ability to change the status from “pending” to “complete”.
Additionally, on the right hand side of the screen I can see that I am provided recommendations for contractors in the area that are able to service this particular maintenance issue.
