How to create a maintenance ticket
I have a maintenance issue in the property I am renting and I need to bring it to the attention of my landlord. I navigate "maintenance" page of my Avail account.
Once on that page, I see there is a blank maintenance ticket for me to fill in information regarding my maintenance issue: nature of the issue, title, description. I can also upload a photo of the issue.
Once I have completed filling out the maintenance ticking, I double check that all information I entered is correct and my pictures are uploaded. I then click the green "Create Ticket" button.
Once I have submitted my maintenance ticket, I can go back to this page to view or cancel the ticket.
