I created a listing with Avail and have already received some leads. Great! I want to go ahead and manage these leads through the software.
I will navigate to my “listing” tab where I can see a full list of inquiries. I can right away view how many unanswered responses I have awaiting me.
Down below I can see each leads name, email, scheduled showing time, and phone number if provided. I can also view which site they viewed and inquired about my property on.
I am able to click “show message” which displays the initial inquiry the lead sent. I can reply directly below and also leave myself a personal note about the lead. In the case I had previous communication history with the lead, I am always able to view the full conversation.
If I know I want to proceed forward with the lead I can click the blue button that reads “request application” which will automatically send this lead an email invitation to apply to my property.
I can also remove the lead from view by clicking the strikethrough eye icon in top right-hand corner of the form. It is placed in the “hide deleted” leads toggle and if I ever want to restore this lead I can click “show deleted” and then restore the lead by clicking the eye icon.
I can always manage my leads and messages within my listing tab.
