The Listing page contains important information and tools to help monitor and maintain the listing.
Unless refreshed, new listings will expire after 14 days. This time frame is used to ensure that listings do not unintentionally remain on the market after being rented. Press the Refresh Listing button anytime after publishing. There is no cost to refresh and no limit to how often this can be done. Avail also sends email notifications to remind landlords before their listings expire.
Once published, a listing can be unpublished any time to remove it from syndicating as For Rent to our partner sites.
Special notes on unpublishing listings:
- Just as it takes up to 24 hours for listings to display when first published, unpublising does not occur in real time. Lead responses may continue to be received the day after requesting that a listing be unpublished.
- Unpublishing and republishing will not reset the "Days on Market" counter that some of our partner sites like Zillow show on every listing. This count only restarts if a property has been unlisted for 30 days or more.
Photos and listing details will be saved for easy reuse in the future. Return to the listings tab and press Publish to place a property back on the market whenever needed.
