I have been using Avail for four months with one of my single family properties and love it. It has saved me a vast amount of time and headache and streamlines all processes into one place. I want to add more units from my portfolio to my Avail profile.
To add these units, I will navigate to the left-hand side of the screen where it reads “Properties” and press the “+” plus button. I am then prompted to enter a new address or add a unit to an existing building. I will select “add new building” and it allows me to input the property address.
I will begin to start typing the property address, and as I do the address is trying to automatically populate below. I can see that the system has populated the full address so I will go ahead and click the address. This auto-fills the remainder of the address for me. I can also select the property type and list the unit number.
I will click “add building”.
Lastly, I will need to add in the second unit, so I can scroll to the left-hand side of the screen and next to unit I can type in “B” and click the arrow to add in the second unit on this duplex.
This triggers the credit card input since I don’t currently have one on file and now that I am adding more than one unit I will be part of a monthly subscription plan. I will go ahead and input my credit card details and click save unit.
Great, I can see that these properties have been added.
